This policy outlines our shipping procedures so customers understand how orders are processed and delivered. By placing an order with our store, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

United States

• Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday) after processing.

International Orders

• Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days (Monday–Friday) after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier services, or unforeseen delays.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off may be processed the following business day.

Change of Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at director@dazzlingdecore.com.

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Tracking details are typically sent within 0–3 business days after the order is placed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the order will fall under our refund policy.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery if possible and contacting our support team immediately.

If the parcel was delivered while you were not present and you discover damage afterward, please contact customer support with photos so we can assist you with the next steps.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at director@dazzlingdecore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least four (4) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items may not be returnable or exchangeable:

• Used roughly
• UnPacked/Unsealed and broken or faulty (without unboxing proof of already broken delivered)
